Great egg rolls always on time and always good. Need a few hours to order ahead of time

I was craving for some rice porridge and relied on Yelp for recommendations. Phuc Loc came in second from the list. It has high reviews and so I went to check it out. Phuc Loc is a mom-and-pop business located within a busy Plaza between Magnolia and Westminster. They are known for their Chao Long and Eggrolls. I ordered: Large Chao Long (pork rice porridge) $9 Eggrolls (12pcs) $10 Pork Banh Bao $3 Fried Shallots $10 A must try. Chao Long is so full of flavor. It has a lot of meat (pork, blood sausage, tripe), scallions and onions. A little bit on the salty side but doable. I incorporated fried shallot in my porridge. Yummm...the Egg roll also tasted awesome. Banh Bao wasn't bad either. The servings of each meal was just right. I highly recommend this place. PS: parking is horrendous.

Food and price are fantastic! It's rare that a to go food store in Santa Ana to accept credit card even Discover! 8686 Phát Lộc Phát Lộc

small family run viet food to go shop! the staff is kind but important note is that they only take cash. would recommend to call in advance so you can quickly pick up & go. my review is for their egg rolls. this is me & my family's absolute favorite spot to get egg rolls for occasions or snacking. their egg rolls are always made to order & delicious!:)

First Impression - family run business. Staff is super nice and attentive. The Noms- my mom always comes here for their frozen eggrolls yo go. We like the shrimp and crab one. It's also super convenient to pack in my suitcase (carry on) and fly it to NYC with me. Surprisingly, I almost never get stopped for ur in the TSA lines In Conclusion - hate to gate keep such an amazing spot... definitely recommend

Hands down best Vietnamese fried Eggroll...literally the CRACK of em ALL. Family Owners are very respectful and attentive. Also their other products are good quality and their coffee is delicious as well. Been going for over 16 years! Only complaint might is the parking on certain days and the homeless that hang outside once in a while.

Phuc Loc is my family go to place for egg rolls. Great place to order a tray of egg rolls for parties. The egg roll is crispy, right amount of meat, and GBD (Golden brown delicious). They also have frozen ones in their freezer where you can just buy and bring it home and fry it yourselves. They also have other traditional Vietnamese food which you can order for parties. My family normal just order the egg rolls.

Phuc Loc Food to Go has been my go to eggroll spot for many years and they still are to this day. Their eggrolls are magically delicious and will not disappoint. One bite and you will want to bite some more of these crunchy little munchies. The eggrolls here are tightly wrapped, plump, and fried to perfection. These eggrolls are available for purchase in small batches (3-15 pieces). They are also great for potlucks/parties so call them in advance for big orders. This shop is located in the same plaza as Teo Sandwiches, Ngu Binh Restaurant, next to Quynh Huong Food To Go. On weekdays and non-busy hours parking here is plenty; however, weekends can sometimes be packed so just be patient. Phuc Loc specialized in eggrolls, pre-made frozen eggrolls, different types of Vietnamese soups, Vietnamese food, congees, and a variation of party tray items. I have tried their congee, eggrolls, and grilled pork meatballs and all have been pretty decent. Hours of Operations - They are CLOSED on MONDAY and sometimes even holidays so please call them and check. Just an FYI, I have tried to placed eggroll orders on a holiday that happens to be on a Sunday, and they did mention that they will be closed. Overall, if you ever need a tray of good, hot, and crunchy eggrolls for any occasion call them up and place your orders or stop by and grab a few to munch on. Just be aware that you will have the eggroll smell lingering in your car for a day or two. :)

So we decided to get some Vietnamese food for lunch today, stumbled upon Phuc Loc on our way back to the car, and decided to take out chances on their packed pork meatballs. For $5, I figured it was worth a try and we weren't disappointed. They were tasty and the accompanying dipping sauce added that special touch. Of course I added the hot sauce that the store employee gave me coz I love all things spicy. There was nothing to complain about in terms of their store. It looked clean and organized; it's definitely a takeout only spot. Overall, 5 stars for the taste, value, and quick service.
